Our Covid-19 Response
In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at the hotel. The health and wellbeing of our guests and employees is of paramount importance to us, considering which we would like to update you on the actions being taken in response to the pandemic.
GUEST ROOMS
To make your stay safe and enjoyable, our cleaning and sterilization procedures have been enhanced using new science-led protocols- Ultraviolet light technology is used for sanitizing guest rooms and other facilities. Rigorous cleaning practices have been implemented & all areas are misted daily with sanitizing chemicals. Rooms, once sanitized, are sealed and are opened only upon entry by the guest.
CHECK-IN
Temperature for each person is recorded upon entry. Gloves, Sanitizers & masks are available at all entry and exit points. Smart payment options are encouraged and electronic check-in systems are introduced to minimize contact and queuing in the lobby areas. Bags and luggage are sanitized by the concierge.
GENERAL CLEANING & HYGIENE
The frequency of cleaning & sanitation has been increased in all areas using high grade disinfecting chemicals. Hand sanitizers are installed in various locations throughout the hotel like the hotel entrances, front desks, at each elevator landing, and in all restaurants. Signages have been placed in public spaces to encourage the guests to practice social distancing.
COVID-19 AWARENESS
COVID-19 Information leaflets in different languages are placed at various locations in the hotel. All our staff are trained on the importance of Good Hand Hygiene & usage of Personal Protective Equipment such as Face Masks and gloves, and the precautions necessary for preventing the spread of COVID-19.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Delivering unforgettable dining experience remains a key priority. All Food & Beverage services are carried out in compliance with the highest standards of Food Safety. The restaurants are completely sanitized before each visit & buffet services have been redefined as á la carte. A distance of 2 meters is maintained between tables and contactless menus are introduced.
